Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of skim milk
  • 1 cup of frozen unsweetened blueberries
  • 1 cube of frozen unsweetened yoghurt(optional)
  • 1 Tbsp of organic cold pressed flaxseed oil

First add blueberries, yoghurt cube and milk into the blender and blend it about one minute until it smooth.Then transfer to a glass and stir in flaxseed oil.
Strawberry and Lemon smoothie
