1. Peanut Butter With Chocolate Chips Pancake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/5 cup of whole wheat flour 
  • 2 tbsp of baking powder
  • 1 2/3 cups of almond milk
  • 1/4 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • salt

METHOD

Mix all the dry and wet ingredient s in two separate bowls. Then combine those to and mix them well. Heat a saute pan over medium-low heat. Scoop little amount of pancake batter at time into the pan, then sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Enjoy the pancakes when its warm.

2. Strawberry And Poppy Seed Pancake


INGREDIENTS


  • 1 1/2 of cups diced strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 1/4 cups of flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of poppyseeds
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup of buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla
  • lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • salt

METHOD

Pancakes

Mix flour, poppy seeds, baking powder, baking soda and lil bit of salt in a bowl. Then get another bowl and whisk together lemon juice and sugar. Add buttermilk, vanilla and egg and whisk them the well. While doing this you need to preheat large nonstick pan and spray with cooking spray. After that combine dry and wet together. Whisk all ingredients until just incorporated. Gently stir in the diced strawberries. Pour the cup batter onto the pan and cook them. Serve warm with strawberry syrup and powdered sugar to make extra apatite.

Syrup


Add strawberries, sugar, water, vanilla and honey to a sauce pan and heat over medium heat stirring throughout until sugar is dissolved. Now remove from heat and blender to puree syrup and allow to sit and thicken over very low heat until pancakes are ready.

3. Flourless Banana Pancakes 


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 fully ripped banana
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • tbsp of melted butter 
  • 1 egg
  • salt

METHOD
Mash the banana well by using fork. Then mix all the ingredients together. There may be lumps remains, but it's OK. After that, saute pan with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add the spoonful of mixture at a time and cook them slowly while flipping both sides of the pancake. As toppings you can add banana slices and maple syrup with powdered sugar.

4. Whole Wheat Pumpkin Pancake



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/3 cup of canned unsweetened pumpkin puree 
  • 2 tbsp of sugar 
  • tsp of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • tbsp of melted butter 
  • 1 cup of skim milk 
  • 1 egg
  •  salt

METHOD

First mix all the dry ingredients together together and wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Fold mixture into dry ingredients and mix well.   • 1 cup of whole wheat flour 
  • 1/2 cup of quick oats
  • tsp of baking powder 
  • tsp of cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 egg
  • salt

METHOD


Mix the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Thencombine and mix them together until no lumps remain without overmixing the batter. Keep pancakes warm in a preheated 200°F oven until all pancakes are cooked. So the panckes are ready to go into your tummy!
