                        RECIPE

                        1. In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

                        2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk, melted butter, granulated sugar, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt. Stir in the yeast mixture.

                        3. Gradually add the flour, ... dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

                        4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.

                        5. While the dough is rising, prepare the filling by combining the softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a small bowl. Mix until well combined.

                        6. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a rectangle, about 12x18 inches in size.

                        7. Spread the filling evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll up the dough into a log.

                        8. Cut the log into 12 equal-sized rolls and place them in a greased baking dish. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

                        9. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the cinnamon rolls for 25-30 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.

                        10. While the cinnamon rolls are baking, prepare the cream cheese frosting. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.

                        11. Once the cinnamon rolls are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Spread the cream cheese frosting over the warm rolls.
